A gentle fitness programme to get you into a fitness routine that can be kept up when back at home!
Exercise programme in the comfort and privacy of a private studio with a maximum number of 3 to 4 people working out at any one time. All exercise routines gradually built up in line with your own strength and fitness and are based on the instructor's own experiences after years of working on computers. This is a fusion programme including stretching exercises, a daily hourly workout routine followed by a coastal hikewalk along the beautiful stretches of coast in Penwith that'll blow the cobwebs away and will reinvigorate your mind as well as your body!
Add stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking to your fitness day or learn how to surf!
