Situated on the South West Coast Path and right next to the Hayle estuary, my little home is the ideal tranquil location. Upstairs is my home with a lounge/diner which doubles up nicely as a teaching area. This would be called a HOMESTAY - staying and living with your tutor in their home doing a lot of things together.
There's also a small garden and the location is perfect to start walks from or go sightseeing by car. It is, for instance only a 12-minute drive to St Ives or the Hayle beaches!

Beachside Guesthouse if there's 2 to 4 of you
Beachside is the guesthouse in St Ives closest to the famous Porthmeor surfing beach and the Tate - in 2 minutes flat you'll be right there on the sand!
Situated in the old part of town, called "Downalong", you are in spitting distance from the harbour, the Sloop Inn, or all the lovely shops and restaurants.
With a mere 5 small bijou ensuite rooms, Beachside, established 1985, is a budget find in the heart of St Ives, also called the 'Jewel in the crown of the Cornish Riviera'.
Important to note: language course and rooms must be booked together from Englishplus!
